How Many People Play Fortnite?

Fortnite’s daily active player count has been decreasing since February 2025, but it regained some audience in November 2025 and has been increasing since then. In April 2026, average daily active users sit around 869,137, whereas peak users were around 2.15 million users. 

The highest peak users came in November 2024, with 14.45 million players.

After dropping to a low of roughly 759K average daily users in May 2026, the player base has rebounded sharply. August 2026 shows average daily players at approximately 2.25 million, nearly tripling from the May low. This recovery may be driven by the global Google Play Store relaunch and new seasonal content.
